At the moment, there are a considerable amount of properties available on the market. Present your property for sale as you would want to view it – as tidy as possible and with as less personal items as possible.
Make the most of the natural light, draw curtains, open blinds – a sunny property usually has more appeal. The sun is the main attraction of the Costa del Sol!
Pets, unfortunately, are not everyone’s favourite. It is usually best to keep them out of the way during viewings.
It always helps to keep your home well-aired, opening windows before viewings.
