Finding an appropriate tenant is a process that involves going through several “filters”. More than 10 years of experience in this sector has proven to us that this process should never be taken lightly. It is our priority to ensure that the tenants are both solvent and worthwhile. The final decision will be yours – we will provide you with all documentation and proof or guarantee of payment the tenant has to offer, and that you require. Once an agreement has been reached, we will take care of writing up the inventory and contracts which comply with the current Spanish rental laws (Ley de Arrendamiento Urbano).
